- Musical – The Winston-Salem Theatre Alliance performs Damn Yankees, which follows a man who sells his soul to the devil to become a baseball player. Runs through Sunday.
- Innovation & Cinema – A/peture teams up with Innovation Quarter to present a screening of Barbie at Bailey Park. Movie starts at sunset.
- Art Crush – The Arts District’s monthly block party returns, featuring live performances, art galleries, and local vendors & artists. 7-10 PM
- Anniversary – The Porch celebrates its 10th anniversary with special dishes, an all-day happy hour, and more! The celebration continues through Saturday.
- Film Festival – A/peture hosts the Kino im Nord Karolina Film Festival, a celebration of German-language cinema! The film festival runs through Sunday.

- Fiddlin’ Oktoberfest – Don your lederhosen and head to Fiddlin’ Fish for a costume contest, stein-holding contest, barrel race, and more! Opens at 12 PM.
- Grape Stomp – Get ready to stomp grapes into wine at Childress Vineyards and relive the 80s as Kids in America performs. 7 PM

- Outrun Violence 5K – Lace up your shoes and race around The Quarry at Grant Park! Project X hosts the race and proceeds from the event support youth enrolled in its program. 9 AM
