About The Go-To winston-salem

The Go-To (Winston-Salem and Greensboro) is a digital media company that instantly connects individuals to news, businesses, and local attractions through engaging content across multiple platforms – social media, newsletters, and websites. Our goal – help people know about their city.

The Go-To Winston-Salem began in 2021 shortly after the owner, Christy, moved to and fell in love with Winston-Salem. She saw a need for a resource to inform the community, A year later, The Go-To expanded to Greensboro  – another growing city within the Piedmont Triad for the same purpose.

Our team creates engaging, informative, relevant, and up-to-date content. We reach the population of Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and surrounding areas through a conversational tone that meets them where they are – online. Today, The Go-To reaches over 500,000 individuals and receives over 1.3 million monthly impressions.

We are invested in the people and businesses that call Winston-Salem & Greensboro their home and promote our partners by seamlessly integrating “ads” within our content.
