The Salem Sampler is back by popular demand — a free, public event where new families can experience everything Salem Gymnastics & Swim has to offer, all in one afternoon. Try a sample Gymnastics, Swim, or Ninja class, take a tour of our newly expanded facility, and meet the coaches and staff who make Salem such a special place for kids in the Triad. Whether you have never set foot in Salem before or have been curious for a while now, this is the perfect low-pressure way to see it all for yourself and find the right fit for your family.
