Thursday, June 5

  • Free Yoga – Stretch out with a class led by Lotus Yoga Academy at Bailey Park. 6 PM
  • Pop-Up Meal – Try Native Root’s Indigenous take on the classic Korean bibimbap rice bowl at West Salem Public House. 5:30 PM

 

Friday, June 6

  • Book Sale – Browse thousands of used books at Central Library! Runs through Sunday.
  • 3rd Street Soundwaves – Dance to the music of West End Mambo outside Kaleideum and enjoy $5 entry to the museum! 6-9 PM
  • DIY Workshop – Choose from 20+ scents as you create custom whipped shea butter at Lizzie’s All Natural Products. 2:30 PM
  • Friday Night Market – Discover unique items from local vendors at Wise Man Brewing. 5-9 PM
  • Oklahoma! – Watch The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem’s production of this beloved musical at Hanesbrands Theatre. Runs through June 22.
  • Line Dancing – Join the Chaos Crew at West Bend Bar for beginner line dancing lessons, followed by open dancing! 7-9:30 PM

 

Saturday, June 7

  • BASH Volleyball TournamentCompete in the Jerry Long Family YMCA’s outdoor volleyball tournament for all ages and skill levels! All proceeds benefit the YMCA. Runs through Sunday.
  • Summer Shindig – While the YMCA volleyball tournament is underway, enjoy live music, a kids zone, and food trucks at the Jerry Long Family YMCA! 5-8 PM
  • Cake Decorating – Learn fondant techniques, edible painting, and floral piping in this hands-on class at The Canvas Cake Studio! 1 PM
  • DIY Workshop – Create bars of soap using your favorite scents and botanicals at Lizzie’s All Natural Products. 3 PM
  • Dino Dig – Bring your kids ages 2-6 to Washington Park to dig for dinosaur bones! Rescheduled from May 17 due to weather. 10 AM
  • Craft & Draft – Searching for a one-of-a-kind gift? Discover handmade items from 20+ vendors at The Brewer’s Kettle. 11 AM – 4 PM
  • Rose Show – Admire beautiful roses grown in NC, SC, and VA at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds! 12-4 PM
  • Summer Party – Kick off summer at Wise Man Brewing with food trucks, live music from Gipsy Danger, and custom henna tattoos! 8 AM – 12 AM
  • Storytime – Take the kids to Fourth of July Park in Kernersville for stories, singing, and dancing. 10 AM
  • The Big Run – Race in a 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run at Ivey Redmon Park! A portion of proceeds will benefit Fleet Feet’s Good Works Engine charity. First race starts at 8 AM.
  • Summer Night Market – Shop from 30+ local makers and businesses at Incendiary Brewing in Lewisville. 5-8 PM
  • Green Home Tour – Take a self-guided tour of local homes with sustainable elements! Talk with homeowners and learn how you can begin making your own green improvements. 11 AM – 2 PM
  • Pups & PilatesWhat’s better than getting fit? Dogs. Definitely dogs. Join Club Pilates at Forsyth Humane Society for a Pilates class surrounded by adoptable dogs! 3 PM

 

Sunday, June 8

  • Community Day – Join Hope Floats Up at Bailey Park for local vendors, a fire truck experience, music, and more—all in celebration of women affected by breast and reproductive cancers. 12-4 PM
  • Swing Concert – Dance to a live performance from the Salem Swing Band at Sherwood Forest United Methodist Church! 6 PM
  • Sip & Bloom – Grab your bestie and learn to create a floral arrangement at West Bend Bar. 1 PM
  • Free Screening – Watch “Shifting Gears” at Marketplace Cinemas, a family comedy that was partly filmed in Winston-Salem! 3:30 PM
  • Camel City Craft Fair – Find unique goods from local vendors and artists at Foothills Tasting Room. 12-5 PM
  • Cocktail Class – Join easytalk at the bar to learn about George Dickel’s Tennessee whiskey and how to make whiskey cocktails! 4 PM
  • Hamlet – Watch local actors bring one of Shakespeare’s iconic plays to life at Paul J Ciener Botanical Garden. 4 PM
