Thursday, July 3

  • Baseball Game – Cheer on the Dash at Truist Stadium and watch a special Fourth of July fireworks show! 6:30 PM
  • Line Dancing – Join Jackie Phillips at Earl’s for a dance lesson followed by open dancing. 7:30 PM
  • Speed Dating – Meet and mingle with new people at Breathe Cocktail Lounge! 6:30 PM
  • Van Gogh Experience – Immerse yourself in Van Gogh’s masterpieces with a 360-degree digital art exhibition at 1612 S Stratford Rd! The exhibit is on display through September 29.

 

Friday, July 4 (Independence Day)

  • Bolt, White & Blue Stadium Party – Celebrate the Fourth of July at Truist Stadium, featuring live music, face painting, and the city’s largest fireworks show! 6 PM
  • Wise Man Weekend – Celebrate the Fourth of July with live music and food trucks at Wise Man Brewing! Runs through Sunday.
  • Old Salem – Visit the historic district for a reading of the Declaration of Independence, a fire bucket brigade, and live music performances. Events held at various times.
  • Kernersville 5K & Parade – Race in the annual Fourth of July 5K and watch Kernersville’s parade! Race at 8 AM, parade at 9 AM.
  • Potluck Picnic – Bring a dish and join the community at Miller Park for live music and games. 12 PM
  • Salem Band Concert – Listen to “Stars & Stripes Forever,” the “1812 Overture,” and more patriotic-themed music at Salem Square. 7:30 PM
  • Burgers for Dogs – Enjoy a Fourth of July cookout fundraiser at Fiddlin’ Fish! Donations support Forsyth Humane Society. 1-5 PM
  • Red, White & Bike – Take your kids to Kaleideum to decorate their bikes for an Independence Day parade at noon in Liberty Plaza! 10 AM – 12 PM
  • Booyah! Live – Listen to the best party anthems of the ‘80s, ‘90s, ‘00s at Old Nick Williams Distillery! 1 PM
  • Hot Dog Contest – Compete in Earl’s third annual hot dog eating contest! Can you beat last year’s record of 12 hot dogs? 4 PM

 

Saturday, July 5

  • Film Screening – Take the family to watch “National Treasure” at Reynolds Place Theatre! Screenings at 2 PM and 7 PM.
  • Cars & Coffee – Cruise over to Triad Baptist Church in Kernersville for a car show! 8-10 AM
  • Move & Groove – Get active in this beginner movement class at Oasis at the Mill, featuring dance styles like hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary. 11:30 AM
  • Yadkinville Celebration – Celebrate the Fourth of July with 25+ food and beverage vendors, a kids zone, live music, and a fireworks show in downtown Yadkinville! 5-10 PM
  • Baseball Game – Watch the Carolina Disco Turkeys take on the Uwharrie Wampus Cats at Couch Ballpark. 6 PM
  • Storytime – Join Bookmarks for a Bluey-themed storytime, featuring themed activities and a Grannies Dance Party! 10 AM
  • Laser Show – Watch a laser show set to patriotic music in Kaleideum’s Digital Dome! Additional performance on Sunday.
  • Davie Celebration – Celebrate Independence Day at Davie County Community Park with food trucks, live music, and a fireworks show! 6:30-10:30 PM
  • Singles on Segways – Meet fellow singles while touring Winston-Salem! Starts at Triad ECO Adventures. 9:30 AM

 

Sunday, July 6

  • Supper Club – Join Camel City Supper Club at Fiddlin’ Fish to share a meal with new friends. Don’t forget to bring a dish! 5:30 PM
  • Candle DIY – Make two floral, July 4th-themed candles at Wise Man Brewing. 2 PM
  • Cocktail Class – Head to easytalk for a free cocktail class! 4 PM
