- Bookmarks Festival – Head downtown for the largest book festival in the Carolinas, featuring 50 authors signing books and speaking on panels. All day.
- A Playdate for Iz! – Clemmons Moravian Church Childcare Center hosts a community event to support Izial “Iz” Williams, a toddler recently diagnosed with cancer. The free event will feature playground play, activity stations, and raffles. 10 AM – 2 PM
- Walk From Obesity – Walk or run at Hanes Park in support of the TREO Foundation! The non-profit supports treatment, research, and education to end obesity. 9 AM
- Apple Festival – Experience history with demonstrations from 18th-century craftsmen, play Colonial games, and enjoy fall’s apple harvest at Historic Bethabara Park! 10 AM – 4 PM
