Thursday, January 29

• Housing Conversation – People talk about affordable housing a lot — but who is it actually affordable for? Be part of the conversation with Leadership Winston-Salem at Forsyth Tech. 8 AM.
• Cooking Class – Prep for the Super Bowl by learning how to make The Porch’s famous guacamole! Free to attend; registration required. 6 PM
• NASCAR Trivia – Test your racing history knowledge at Fiddlin’ Fish — winners get 4 tickets to The Clash!  7 PM

Friday, January 30

• Community Day – A day of free coworking? That includes lunch? Yes, please. Experience what it’s like to work from Flywheel Coworking! 9 AM – 5 PM
• FanFare on Fourth – Meet a NASCAR driver, jam out to live music, and try out racecar simulators at Merschel Park! 3:30-5 PM Canceled due to weather concerns
• Clash Fan Preview – Check out NASCAR racecars, attend driver Q&A sessions, and grab an autograph from your favorite competitor at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds. 10 AM – 2 PM
• Roaring ’20s Party – Dress in your 1920s best, learn the Charleston, and hit the dance floor at Real World Ballroom! 7 PM

Saturday, January 31

• The Clash – It’s a full weekend of NASCAR racing at Bowman Gray Stadium! Watch Madhouse Classic races on Saturday and the main race on Sunday. Saturday’s events have been canceled, but Sunday’s main race is scheduled to take place. Find more details.
• A Cappella Jam for Hope – Rescheduled from January 24. Listen to a cappella groups from across the Triad at R. J. Reynolds Auditorium! 5 PM Canceled due to weather concerns
• Mozart’s Birthday – Rescheduled from January 25. Listen to Mozart’s classic pieces performed by university faculty at UNCSA. 3 PM
• Tiaras & Teas – Take your little princess to Childress Vineyards for a whimsical storybook tea — Belle and Rapunzel will be stopping by! Seatings at 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 2:30 PM.
• Comedy Tour – Climb aboard the “Jolly Trolley” for an onboard comedy show and a tasting at a local brewpub! 7 PM
• Mahjong Workshop – Learn to play in a day. Take 101 and 102 classes with Camel City Mahjong at Footnote Coffee. Lunch included. 10 AM – 2 PM
• Dueling Pianos – You don’t want to miss this all-request sing-along experience at Gypsy Road Brewing! 7 PM
• Candle Making – Mix fragrances to create a one-of-a-kind soy wax candle at Lizzie’s All Natural Products. 4 PM
• Elvis Tribute Dinner – Rescheduled from January 25. Dress in your best ‘50s style and sing along with Elvis impersonator Danny Crouse at Childress Vineyards! 6 PM
• Pit Stop Party – Get ready for The Clash at Wise Man Brewing! Compete in a beer pong tournament, play cornhole

Sunday, February 1

• Groundhog Day Adventure – Did he see his shadow? Take your kids to Gateway Nature Preserve to learn about groundhogs and the myths surrounding Groundhog Day! 2 PM
