Louie & Honey Kitchen

The beloved bakery in West End recently opened their downstairs market, which carries a curated selection of meats, cheeses, jams, pottery, clothing, candles, and more.
Lot 63

The downstairs area of Lot 63 has been under renovation for several months, but it is expected to open within the next two weeks! The area will feature more seating and also function as an event space for 50-75 people.

Okay Coffee won’t be your typical coffee shop, featuring a limited menu of hot and cold nitro coffee drinks in a whimsical environment. The coffee shop will also highlight mental health with unique events such as community talks and therapy circle nights.
Low Five Analog Archive

Customers will be able to develop their film photos at Low Five’s in-house lab and browse a curated selection of cameras, film, vinyl records, new and used books, and VHS tapes.
Washington Perk – Central Library
OPENING | August 1, 2025

Washington Perk’s second location will feature a full coffee bar, grab-and-go sandwiches, and sweet treats. The space was previously occupied by Moji Coffee before it closed last summer.
Howlin’ at the Moon Bakery
OPENING | July 2025
ADDRESS | 1312 S Hawthorne Rd, Winston-Salem
Howlin’ at the Moon Bakery’s second location will feature three DIY dog washes, pet food, freshly baked treats, and a retail section with 40+ vendors. While you wait for the new location to open, visit its original location at 1151 Canal Drive!
Grandpa Joe’s Slaberia

This new restaurant from the team behind Bobby Boy Bakeshop will serve pizza! It will be the first of three restaurants operated by Bobby Boy to open in Salem Bottleworks.
Shinjuku Station

This revolving sushi bar is designed to make you feel like you’re riding on one of Japan’s bullet trains! In addition to sushi rolls, Shinjuku Station features skewers, onigiri snacks, hibachi, and more. Visit their location in High Point to get a taste of what’s coming!
The Tavern in Old Salem

This iconic restaurant is reopening after its closure at the end of 2019. The renovated space will include all new kitchen equipment and upgrades to the outdoor arbor dining area & restaurant parking.
KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

KPOT offers an all-you-can-eat experience, combining traditional Asian hot pot with Korean BBQ. This will be the franchise’s sixth location in North Carolina.
