Tanglewood Festival of Lights

November 14, 2025 – January 1, 2026

• With over a million twinkling lights illuminating Tanglewood Park, visitors can drive along the route and marvel at the stunning array of 80+ Christmas light displays.

Christmas at Körner’s Folly

November 25, 2025 – January 3, 2026

• Körner’s Folly transforms into a Victorian-inspired holiday wonderland. Take a self-guided tour through the home’s 22 rooms, which have been decked out with Christmas decorations. Tickets can be purchased online or in person.

Spectacular Holiday Blooms

November 29, 2025; December 5 – 21, 2025 (Friday-Sunday)

• Experience a mesmerizing light display with over 10,000 captivating “flowers” at Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden. Be sure to take a stroll through the wisteria lights and illuminated trees scattered across the event lawn. Tickets are available for purchase online or at the door.

Candle Tea

December 3 – 13, 2025 (limited time slots)

• The Home Moravian Church in Old Salem holds an annual Candle Tea to celebrate traditional Moravian Christmas customs such as candle-making and carol-singing. The tour lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Reservations are strongly encouraged!

December 11 – 21, 2025

• Experience the classic Christmas tale on stage! The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem’s annual performance takes place at Reynolds Place Theatre— get tickets here.

The Nutcracker
