- Opening Night – Step into a world of pure imagination. Watch Theatre Alliance’s production of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.” Runs through May 3.
- Candlelight Concert – Listen to your favorite Queen songs as the Listeso String Quartet performs at the Millennium Event Center. 6:30 PM

- Opening Night – Watch The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem’s production of “Feeding Beatrice,” a play about a Black couple being haunted by a ravenous ghost. Runs through Sunday.

- Piedmont Earth Day Fair – Celebrate Earth Day at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds with eco-friendly vendors, sustainability demonstrations, and activities for kids! 10 AM – 4 PM
- Mutt Strut – Run or walk with your furry friend at Marketplace Mall in support of Forsyth Humane Society. Races begin at 9 AM.
- Spring Plant Sale – Shop annuals, perennials, tropicals, and more on the Reynolda House Museum’s front lawn! 8 AM – 2 PM
- Storytime – Celebrate Independent Bookstore Day at Bookmarks as author Stacy McAnulty reads from her book, “Are We There Yet?” Kids will also create their own family road trip map! 10 AM
- Clemmons Community Day – Discover 100+ local vendors, food trucks, and kids activities at the Jerry Long Family YMCA! Bring a non-perishable or canned food item for the Clemmons Food Pantry. 10 AM – 2 PM
- Comedy Show – We’d love to tell you more about this show, but it’s a secret. What we can say is that Don’t Tell Comedy keeps both the lineup and the venue under wraps (you’ll find out where to go the morning of the show). Performances at 7 PM and 9 PM.
- James & Joel – Listen to Clay Mottley perform music by James Taylor and Billy Joel at Hanesbrands Theatre. 7:30 PM
- Southern Charm at the Farm – Are you ready for one of the biggest vendor markets in the Triad? Head to Tanglewood Park with your friends and shop from 200+ vendors! 9 AM – 4 PM
- Film Screening – Watch “RIZE” at NCMA Winston-Salem, a documentary by photographer and filmmaker David LaChapelle. 1:30 PM
- Vendor Market – Shop from various vendors at The Coffee Mill selling everything from birdhouses to alpaca wool products! 11 AM – 2 PM
- Armored MMA – It’s MMA, but medieval style. Watch fighters from around the world battle it out with swords, maces, and shields at LJVM Coliseum! 7 PM
- Angel Run – Run or walk a 5K or 1 Mile at Jamison Park in support of the Angelic Warrior Foundation. First race begins at 9:45 AM.
- Frühlingsfest – Join Wise Man Brewing for a German-style spring party, featuring authentic German food, live music, cotton candy, and henna! 8 AM – 12 AM
- Silent Disco – Jam out with your friends at The Ramkat, featuring three live DJs! 8 PM
- Feet for the Street – Run a 5K or 7 Miler at Salem Lake in support of the Winston-Salem Street School. First race begins at 8:45 AM.
- Mathias Choral Concert – Listen to the Salem Academy A Capella group, the Salem College Chorale, and special guests, “Forecast,” at the Elberson Fine Arts Center. 7:30 PM
- Pup Painting – Paint a portrait of your pup at Tucker’s Tap Yard! Includes professional instruction and painting supplies. 2 PM
- Shredding Event – Shred your sensitive documents at the Forsyth County Association of Educators to support local educators and students. 9 AM – 12 PM
Sunday, April 27
- Trail Exploration – Celebrate Earth Day and the second anniversary of the Stuart & Emma Thomas Memorial Trail at Crossnore with guided walks. 2-4 PM
- Rescue for the Roses – Dress up for the Derby, meet retired racehorses, and play outdoor games at Medaloni Cellars! Proceeds benefit Red Feather Equine Sanctuary. 1- 6 PM
- Ride for Shalom – Ride 20, 42, or 65 miles to support The Shalom Project! Stay afterward for a community event at Shallowford Square, featuring food vendors and live music. 8 AM – 2 PM
- Youth Maker Market – Shop from youth makers at Incendiary Brewing in Winston-Salem! 12-3 PM
