• Musical – Winston-Salem Theatre Alliance presents Once On This Island, a Caribbean-set retelling of The Little Mermaid. Show runs through May 19.
• Outdoor Movie – Watch A League of Their Own at MUSE Winston-Salem, the first entry in the Flashback Friday summer movie series! Movie starts at sunset (~ 8 PM)
• Bavarian Circus – Appearing in the US for the first time, Germany’s Great Bavarian Circus features performances from 13 members of the Spindler family! Show runs through May 19 at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds.
• Candlelight Concert – The Listeso String Quartet performs Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and other music pieces at Freedman Theatre under the glow of candlelight. Performances at 6:30 PM and 8:45 PM.
• Art Class – Create a resin-poured charcuterie board with Artistic Edge Art Studio at Incendiary Brewing Lewisville. No experience necessary! 6 PM
• Stage Show – The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem presents Ripcord, where two elderly women compete for the best room at their senior living facility. Show runs through May 19.
• Movie Screening – Watch Shall We Dance? at Old Town Neighborhood Center. The center’s May Film Festival features screenings every Thursday at 7 PM.
• Lyrics By The Lake – Enjoy musical performances, spoken word poetry, comedy, live painting, and a vendor’s market at SECCA. 6-9 PM

• SummerLark – Barenaked Ladies performs at Bailey Park for Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist’s annual benefit concert. Listen to music, grab a bite from a food truck, and enjoy a spectacular fireworks finale! 7 PM
• Soccer Match – The Salem City Beasts face off against Charlotte Independence at Truist Sports Park. 7 PM
• Floral Arrangement – Create a beautiful bouquet with The Titled Tulip at West Bend Bar – just in time for Mother’s Day! 2-4 PM
• Circus Show – Circus EVO brings a free, outdoor performance to Winston Square Park. Register to attend. Second performance on Sunday.
• Pups & Pilates – Join Club Pilates at Forsyth Humane Society for a fitness class followed by playtime with puppies or dogs! 3 PM
