Make new friends and get some exercise by joining an adult sports league! Choose from a variety of sports, abilities, and seasons to fit your schedule and skills. Whether you are super competitive or just looking for some new friends, check out these adult sports leagues in Winston-Salem and the surrounding area.

DODGEBALL
City of Winston-Salem
- Winter season January – March
- Sign-ups in December
SOFTBALL
Triad Softball
- Spring season registers in February and lasts through June
- Fall season registers in July and lasts through October
- Games are held on Sunday afternoons at Washington Park
- Glove is required

- Men’s only, church coed league, church men’s league, open coed league
KICKBALL

- Spring and Fall coed leagues
- Games played throughout the week (M-Thr)
VOLLEYBALL
YMCA
- Summer leagues at Stokes Family YMCA in King
- Pickup games of volleyball are available at the William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA on Court 3 (located on the second floor of the building) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 pm to close.
City of Winston-Salem
- Leagues are all co-ed and set up in three skill categories: over 35 (Over 35), beginner/intermediate (Midway), advanced (Advantage)
- Fall Leagues: September – November (10-11 weeks)
- Informational meeting August 9, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Polo recreation Center.
- Winter Leagues: January – March (10-11 weeks)
- Informational meeting December 6, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Polo Recreation Center.
- Spring League: April – May (Midway; 5 weeks)
- Informational meeting March 7, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Polo Recreation Center.
FIELD HOCKEY
NC Fusion
- For players 18+ years old
- Summer Season: July 24 – September 18, no session on Labor Day
- Sunday afternoons, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm at Truist Sports Park, 428 Twins Way, Bermuda Run

Piedmont Triad Field Hockey (PTFH)
- Fall Season: September 11 – November 13
- Sunday 3 – 4:00 at Rise Indoor Sports, 419 Twins Way, Bermuda Run
- Players 18+ are welcome

USTA League Tennis
- Multiple leagues available – sign up and get connected with a local league coordinator

- Six weeks of play (Fall and Spring) at different breweries around Winston-Salem
- Co-ed teams of all different ages and abilities
SOCCER
Bermuda Run Adult Leagues
- Year-round leagues (coed, men, women)
- Register as an individual and be placed on a team or register as a whole team
- Bermuda Run-based leagues play at Rise Indoor Sports
- Games during the week & Saturday
Winston-Salem Adult Soccer League (WSASL)
- Spring and Fall season
- 8 games each season plus a tournament
- Sara Lee Soccer Complex in Winston-Salem, NC
- Games are played Saturdays at 10 AM & 12 PM
NC Fusion
- Spring, Summer & Fall Leagues
- 8 games per season
- 10-14 players per team
- Fee: $80/person
ICE HOCKEY
Piedmont Hockey Association
