HBAWS is seeking a full-time Membership Coordinator to manage membership activities, assist with financial operations, and provide administrative and educational support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes new membership applications and renewals.
Assists with Membership recruitment and retention programs.
Oversees new member orientation.
Serve as staff liaison for Membership & Spike Club and Associate Members Committees
Prepares monthly membership and finance reports.
Manages member database to ensure accuracy and assists members with login.
Processes invoices, accounts payables, receivables and deposits using QuickBooks online.
Responsible for collections of past due invoices.
Maintains accurate records of RSVPs for various Association events, printing roster, name tags and drink tickets as needed.
Assists with Continuing Education registrations, roster, emailing member packets, certificates of completion, reporting to NCBI and NCLBGC
Primary staff person answering incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing assistance as needed and directing appropriate staff members as needed.
Greets visitors to office in pleasant and professional manner and assists with questions, directing them to appropriate staff member.
Sorts incoming mail and distributes it to appropriate staff members.
Prepare and set up HBAWS Conference Room as needed for committee meetings, Board of Director meetings.
Works in conjunction with Marketing & Events Director
Performs other duties as apparent or directed by Executive Vice President
