Taqueria Los Juanes started off in a Mexican grocery store but recently expanded into its own space! The inside has a classy, unique feel to it, with floor-to-ceiling murals. As for the tacos themselves, Los Juanes offers classic meats like asada and barbacoa, along with the option to have corn or flour tortillas. Our team recommends the Al Pastor tacos – you won’t regret it!
ADDRESS | 613 E. Sprague St.
El Rancho Taqueria – located in Waughtown – is a great option if you’re craving authentic tacos! Their carne asada and barbacoa tacos are perfectly marinated and paired with fresh radishes and grilled green onions. If you’re feeling adventurous try their lengua (beef tongue) taco. They also have weekly features like their 12 Taco + 2 Liter Drink for $20.99 special.

La Perlita is both a restaurant and a butcher shop, so you know the meat will be fresh! All their tacos are served on homemade tortillas and paired with freshly made in-house salsa. Their carne asada taco is packed with flavor, and if you really want a kick, top it off with their salsa roja. Dine-in and take-out are available.
ADDRESS | 3230 Reynolda Rd.
You might recognize the name of this restaurant from the famous food truck. If you can’t find the food truck when it makes its rounds around town, head to the storefront! Our team recommends the birria tacos, which are paired with a mouthwatering consomme.
Pro Tip: If you like the birria tacos, they’ve also got a birria pizza!
ADDRESS | 1547 Hanes Mall Blvd.
La Botana is a small family-owned restaurant offering a variety of delicious Mexcian dishes. Some of their beloved tacos include the Burnt Cheese Tacos and the Street Tacos. All tacos are served in a flour tortilla and can be modified.
Pro Tip: They have plenty of vegetarian dishes if you have diet restrictions!
